April is Mathematics Awareness Month.

The goal of this observance is to increase people's appreciation for mathematics and it's phenomenal role in our society.

President Ronald Regan proclaimed Mathematics Awareness Week in 1986. But in 1999 Mathematics Awareness Month was born.

And to think, I was always intimidated by math. Alright, maybe I still am just a little bit.
