Welcome to free holiday word search puzzles.com. Because so many of us enjoy word searches, I've posted several of my own unique creations on this site for anyone who wants to use them.

What's so special about these holiday puzzles? Well, as you will see, the majority are based on little known, and often overlooked unique holidays and observances.

That's because we're more familiar with days like 4th of July, Christmas and Easter Holidays.

Days like Earth Day, Martin Luther King Jr Day, and Johnny Appleseed Day don't get much play in marketplace.

Yes, there is such a thing as Johnny Appleseed Day. And who could possibly forget about Grandparent’s Day.

So whether you teach at home, in church, or in a school, you'll enjoy the learning aspect of the puzzles as well as the fun.
