Yippee, the Christmas Holidays are here! I love this month. Although, I must say, warm weather is my preference.

But there's something about this time of year. People seem more relaxed, more compassionate. It's wonderfully pleasant. Except for some of those shopping crowds-jeez!

There are several little known observances in December like, "Stress Free Family Holiday", Safe Toy and Gift Month, National Pie Day, World Aids Day, and Wear Brown Shoes Day.

Okay, I'm not sure what "Wear Brown Shoes Day" is all about, but if it involves buying a new pair of shoes, I'm all for it!
