Science was one of my favorite subjects. Not because I was so smart in the subject, but because it was so interesting.

The aim of National Science Week is to promote awareness of the importance of science and engineering to our society, country, and planet.

Science week is held in several countries during designated weeks throughout the year.

Its also a great time to encourage young people to consider science professions as careers.
